how many active members are actually a part of this group?
I count three.
there's me. Then Darla joined, and we had some nice chats. Then Micca Joined and has basiclly taken over as group leader. but who else is still in here and active?
I think (since he's a Judge and all) that we should ask the admin to make Micca our leader, and that we should start a new era by eliminating all inactive members and starting a membership Drive here on tribe.
I mean, I belong to HCRealms... and they are THE premiere site for Clixers. I would suggest that serious players join in on the disscussions and trading over there. But I also love tribe; as much as I bad mouth it sometimes. I like the community here, and wouldn't mind it at all if "heroclix" came up on the top of my recent posts lists every once in awhile.

I would say that each active member should get one new member to join the Tribe, adn then those new memberes do the same and soon we would have a huge tribe of players....
Also have you thought about more of a WizKids Tribe versus a HC Tribe? Might open it to more people and introduce people to new games. I know Im looking forward to Tusro the new game in Nov I think, its a board game versus a Clix style.
As for being the leader, do we really need a leader? I just post info and ask questions and offer suggestions :) Im more than happy to do a weekly topic and lead discussions along those lines. SO how about since my day off is MOnday, I will post a new discussion topic each Monday adn its up to you the members to take it form there.
So take that membership drive idea and bring ina new HC player to the Tribe... :) I knwo I goto HC Realms as well, but I find it gets too pissy form time to time for me, I have kids, if I need whining I just ask them :)

We can't post announcements... can't eliminate flames (not that there are any) or problem members (once again.. obviously not an issue at the moment). stuff like that.
I'll do my part to drum up membership though.
I do like your WizKids Tribe idea. that would help to open it up. Do you want to do it? the only game I play is Clix so I'm not too knowledgable about their other lines. -

I bought the starter set in Georgia like 3 years ago, but I didn't have a clue how to play, nor did I really understand the rules, so I think it either got packed, or thrown out. I really love comics though, and I would love to play. PLUS I know people who know how. I'd love to be good at something that my brothers aren't. Darla is a total inspiration too! So, I'll get a kit, join the tribe, and I'm really good about posting! Deal?!? In exchange for some help and encouragement?!? -

here's a deal just for you from wizkids: they offer a Universe starter packed with a Fantastic Forces booster. You get the three pre-set Figures, spidey Wolvie and Elektra... a maps, a ring, an up to date rulebook, at least one giant or double dial figure, the newest rules supplement... everything you should need to make a good team to start off with.
these are limited, but you only need the one. This is a great time to jump on with Fantastic Forces launching soon.
If you need help getting the peices you need, I have alot to trade. If you get any duplicates from newer sets I'll trade you fair from older sets.

You can probably find a shop near you that will have a variety of packs available. If you're just getting started, try buying one booster from each set you can find. You'll be unable to get duplicates that way, and you'll have more to work with. -
